Writing Universe

Writing what moves us.
And what transforms us.

I write about human relationships, encounters that shift our perspectives, and those moments when our certainties begin to waver.

My characters love, doubt, leave, return, make mistakes. They navigate between their desires and their fears, their legacies and their need for freedom. They are neither perfect nor always reasonable — and that's precisely where they interest me.

From a love that arrives at the wrong time to an initiatory journey, from a family secret to a political trajectory, my novels take different paths to explore the same question: what remains of us after what has profoundly transformed us?

I write to give form to those emotions we sometimes struggle to name — doubt, displacement, the fear of loving, regret — and perhaps allow everyone to recognise a fragment of their own story within them.

Les portes qui claquent

What matters to me in this book is not just a love story, but what it reveals about us.

Two characters who are not destroyed by a lack of love, but by an inability to understand themselves at the right moment. A story can be a success, even if it doesn't last.
